Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
The WEEE regulations become law on 1st July 2007. The regulation requires the collection and recycling of all products that require electricity to carry out their primary function.
We can supply a variety of sizes bins or crates for the storage of these materials. We will collect the equipment as required and will take to a licensed treatment facility.
Larger items such as fridges and computer screens can also be colleted.
We will supply a box for you to store all of your old tubes in. We will collect and recycle/dispose of the tubes when the box is full.
We can also collect a range of other bulbs in specially designed boxes, bins or crates.
We will supply a container for you to store batteries collected on site. We will collect and recycle/dispose of the batteries when the box is full.
We can also supply tubes that can be sited inside office to collect used batteries and promote battery recycling.
Toner Cartridges & Mobile Phones
We will supply a box for you to store all of your used toner cartridges and mobile phones in. We will collect and recycle/dispose of the cartridges and mobile phones when the box is full. Money generated form recycling toners and selling phones is donated to a children’s charity.
We collect and recycle or dispose of hazardous waste from clients we deal with. This will involve a chemist visiting the site, listing and packing the materials before we collect them and transport them to the appropriate licensed facility.
